My disciplines
The different art forms that I perform on stage.
I started performing in the circus at the age of seven, and I haven't stopped since. Circus has become a second way for me to breathe and speak. Although I was fortunate to have a general education, certain disciplines have stood out in my career.

Chinese Pole
My main discipline
I started Chinese pole in 2020 during the pandemic. My first classes with Jesse Harris, Joëlle Ziorjen, Charlotte Fallu, Antoine Brabant, and Claire Hopson gave me a solid foundation, but it was definitely at the Quebec Circus School that I perfected my technique. Today, I aspire to create my own acts, which combine impeccable technique with a polished aesthetic.
The Chinese pole is a metal pipe surrounded by a rubber or neoprene sheath on which a circus performer performs gravity-defying acrobatic sequences.

Straps
My secondary discipline
Although I started with straps at the Verdun Circus School, it was at the Quebec Circus School, under the supervision of Yannick Blackburn and Kenneth Lidemann, that my technique took shape. I want to create acts where gentleness and technique come together to form a cohesive whole.
Flying Trapeze
My other secondary discipline
I started flying trapeze because I wanted to overcome my fear of heights. I've never been able to stop. I've discovered an incredible community and newfound emotions. I'm as much a flyer as I am a catcher.

Dance
My way of expressing myself
After majoring in dance in high school, I continued my studies at Cégep de Saint-Laurent, where I earned my diploma. For me, dance is a way to convey emotions and stories to my audience. It allows me to be free on stage as well as in my daily life.
